Facility Use Request Form and Policy

Thank you for your interest in using the facilities of First Presbyterian Church Covington. Please download the following form, complete and return to Catherine Laseter, Director of Operations. If you cannot print for any reason, printed forms are available in the FPC office.

Though it is not required, we suggest contacting the office to check for availability before submitting your form. Forms MUST be filled out and signed to use the space, even if a verbal agreement to hold the space has been made with the office or with a pastor. Groups who hold regularly recurring activities and would like to hold a special event outside of their regularly scheduled time must fill out and submit a facility use request for that event specifically.
