The Sabbatical Bridge Pastor will serve as the acting Head of Staff for First Presbyterian Church Covington during the Senior Pastor’s sabbatical. This individual will shepherd the congregation, provide pastoral leadership, and ensure continuity in worship, pastoral care, and church operations.
In partnership with staff, elders, and deacons, the Sabbatical Bridge Pastor’s primary responsibilities will include worship leadership, pastoral care, administrative oversight for staff, and moderating Session meetings.
This is a part-time temporary position (15-20 hours per week) from June 2027 through August 2027
